Where has all the good customer service gone in today's supermarket?
Advertised items not available on first day of advertisement.
Lack of knowledge, especially in meat departments, about the newer beef cuts.
Checkers chatting to box people, other employees, everyone except the customer.
Finding items missing when you get home.
Frankly, it is very disappointing to shop for meat and groceries today.
The only way to communicate your concerns is to talk to the store manager.
If this is not productive contact corporate, go all the way to the top man in the company if you have to.
Most, not all, customer service issues can be traced to individual store management.
Let your voice be heard!
